Geoff Schrager is a Vice President at District Capital Partners. Prior to joining DCP, Geoff was an independent Investment Professional and Consultant, where he provided his private equity clients with investment evaluation, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management services. Representative clients included Waterfall Asset Management and Next Edge Capital. Prior, Geoff was an Investment Banker at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised financial institution and financial technology clients on M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions. Before Houlihan Lokey, Geoff worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for the underwriting and risk management of structured credit facilities to specialty finance companies. Geoff began his career in management consulting at DRT Strategies and BearingPoint. Geoff graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
