Ken has had a diverse corporate management and advisory services career. For more than 25 years, he has specialized in providing merger and acquisition advisory and capital raising services to middle market clients with emphasis on buy side mandates having completed over 60 transactions. A number of completed transactions involved cross-boarder acquirers seeking strategic acquisitions in the US. Mr. Lacy has knowledge of and experience in effecting transactions over a wide range of industries including technology, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, business services, retail and wholesale distribution and commercial real estate. He has also served as part time CFO and CMO in distressed situations involving restructuring and divesting of corporate assets requiring hands-on-management. Various consultative assignments have focused on assisting clients plan, budget, launch and sustain various startup businesses. Early in his career, Ken worked as an analytical research chemist before returning to graduate school. He obtained a B.S. from Dickinson College and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of Business and Finance. Ken has also earned the CFA designation.
