Bio

Fred Johnson is Managing Director in the Investment Banking group, and focuses on capital markets origination for the investment banking consumer, diversified industrials, and technology teams. Fred has nearly 25 years of experience in the investment banking and capital markets spaces, and most recently served as managing director with Barrington Research. Previously, he was managing director and head of confidential offerings at William Blair, in addition to holding positions at Wachovia, A.G. Edwards, and Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance. Fred received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned his MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where he was a Stern Scholar.
