Greg Treger is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Clearsight Advisors.Prior to founding Clearsight, Greg served as a senior member of the M&A teams at Houlihan Lokey and Updata Capital where he executed over 40 M&A and financing transactions for software and technology services clients. Greg began his career with Deloitte & Touche where he spent three years in the business assurance group serving Technology companies.A frequent speaker and author on M&A, Greg’s experience includes sell-side, buy-side and recapitalization transactions for private and public companies. He has investment banking experience in a number of related industry sectors including public sector technology, professional services and software.Greg’s personal background includes a trip to the 2007 World Series of Poker in Las Vegas where he finished “in the money” and can be seen occasionally on ESPN’s coverage of the event.Greg currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) National Capital Chapter, a global community for business leaders, middle market M&A dealmakers and capital providers focused on driving growth. The National Capital Chapter serves the fourth largest economic region in the country.Greg is also a member of the AICPA and earned his CPA in the State of Washington. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College while serving as captain of Claremont’s Men’s Soccer team. He went on to earn an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School.
