Bio

Paul has over 20 years’ experience advising clients in the media and technology sectors. He founded Clarity in 2003 with a mission to bring the highest standards of service and excellence to clients embarking on mid-sized transactions within these sectors. Before founding Clarity in 2003, Paul worked at Cazenove (now JP Morgan Cazenove), firstly as an Equity Research Analyst covering internet and related technologies, and latterly in the TMT corporate finance team. Paul began his career with KPMG, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He holds a first class Masters degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Birmingham University.
