Bio

Jonathan has 15 years’ experience advising on corporate transactions within the media and technology sectors. Before joining Clarity, Jonathan was Vice President at LongAcre Partners (subsequently acquired by the US investment bank, Jefferies). Prior to LongAcre, Jonathan worked in both the London and Tokyo offices of KPMG Corporate Finance. Jonathan holds a BA Joint Honours degree in Japanese and Management Studies from Leeds University.
