Shezad Rokerya has extensive experience encompassing private-equity investing, venture capital, asset management, capital raising, mergers/acquisitions, project finance, and privatizations. This experience covers a range of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, telecom, and IT. He has been responsible for executing assignments and building businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Rokerya is Chairman of The Interlink Companies, a group he founded in 1990. His previous affiliations include Shearson Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch & Co., having served in New York, London, and Geneva. Mr. Rokerya is a native of Montreal, Canada where he attended McGill University and Western State Law School.
