Peter Ruof has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, and project finance. His international experience includes the U.S., Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia. He is a former President & CEO of Kouri Capital Group and has held senior positions at Timex Corporation, Phoenix Confections, Inc., China Cement Corporation, the Ford Foundation, the Commission of the European Communities, the IMF, and the World Bank. He has more than four decades of experience. Ruof is German born. He holds a graduate degree in International Economics from the University of Munich.
