Flemming graduated with a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. 30 years of experience from international finance and corporate advisory services. Worked for BG Bank in charge of the international division, Gudme Raaschou Bankaktieselskab and HSH Corporate Finance before founding Dansk Merchant Capital in 2007. In March 2019, the activities of Dansk Merchant Capital were acquired by Carlsquare.
