Bio

Anders graduated with a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and University of Michigan and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Has successfully closed numerous corporate finance transactions since 1996, within the field of M&A, public tender offers, private placements, rights issues and IPOs. Has worked with WestLB Panmure Investment Bank, Gudme Raaschou Bankaktieselskab and HSH Corporate Finance before co-founding Dansk Merchant Capital in 2007. In March 2019, the activities of Dansk Merchant Capital were acquired by Carlsquare.
