Scott Webb has more than seven years of financial restructuring and investment banking experience. In his position with Carl Marks Advisory Group LLC, he is primarily responsible for financial restructuring, debt and equity capital raise, and mergers and acquisition advisory services for companies, secured lenders, and creditors across the capital structure. Mr. Webb has advised on numerous financial restructurings (including out-of-court and in-court, §363 sales and internal reorganizations), capital raises, and mergers and acquisitions assignments across a wide range of industries that include real estate, media, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, specialty retail, transportation, consumer products and specialty foods. Mr. Webb graduated from the University of Vermont with a BS in Business Administration.
