Evan M. Tomaskovic has more than 15 years of investment banking and financial restructuring experience. He is primarily responsible for the delivery of the firm’s financial advisory services, with a focus on restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Tomaskovic has executed a number of transactions for both public and privately held companies, advising a wide range of constituents, including management teams, Boards of Directors, investors, and creditor groups. His experience has involved a variety of industries, including healthcare, media, financial services, retail, real estate, transportation, and insurance. Mr. Tomaskovic earned a BS in Finance from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He holds the following securities registrations: Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
