Aaron Newman is a Vice President in the firm’s Health Systems M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Newman joined Cain Brothers in 2021 and has over 10 years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategic partnership transactions involving physician groups, health systems, and academic medical centers. Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Newman was a Senior Vice President in the Healthcare Services group at FocalPoint Partners, a middle market investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services. Mr. Newman’s prior experience also includes working for ECG Management Consultants and Kaufman, Hall & Associates. Mr. Newman earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University.
