Michael Rapp has over 23 years of experience in the financial industry and is the chairman of Broadband Capital Management LLC. Prior to co-founding BCM in 2000, Mr. Rapp was a managing director and co-founder of Oscar Gruss & Son's Private Client Group beginning in 1997. From 1994 through 1997, Mr. Rapp worked at PaineWebber, serving as a senior vice president of investments and from 1990 to 1994, Mr. Rapp served as a senior vice president of investments at Prudential Securities. Mr. Rapp is chairman of the board of directors of Committed Capital Acquisition Corporation II and a member of the board of directors of Omtool, Ltd. Mr. Rapp received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 1989.
