Bio

Jessica has spent her career focusing on middle market companies, in both client advisory and in-house transactional roles. She brings to BA an effective combination of investment banking and actual company experience. Her career has spanned almost 20 years. Prior to joining BA, Ms. Dumphy was with Haemonetics Corporation (NYSE:HAE) in roles encompassing business development, corporate strategy, corporate communications, finance, and operations. Earlier in her career, Jessica gained investment banking experience at Tucker Anthony Incorporated, focusing on middle market advisory and capital markets transactions in the healthcare, financial, and consumer products fields. Additionally, Jessica was a sell-side equity analyst focusing on the healthcare sector with H.C. Wainwright & Co. Ms. Dumphy earned a B.A. in economics and political science from the University of Michigan and lives with her husband and children just outside of Boston.
