Mr. Kelleher joined BB&T Capital Markets in 2008 and serves as the head of the Investment Banking & Financial Sponsors Group. Most recently, Mr. Kelleher was a managing director in Allied Capital’s Washington, DC office. Prior to Allied, Mr. Kelleher served as a managing director with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of BB&T Capital Markets from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Kelleher was a co‐founder and managing director of Cary Street Partners. He was a director in the Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities from 1998 to 2002. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Kelleher was a member of the Investment Banking Group at Raymond James & Associates, Inc. Mr. Kelleher received his MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a bachelor of science from the University of Virginia.
