Bio

Paul is a co-founder and a director of Baron. He has over 30 years' experience of providing independent corporate advisory services. Paul has acquired extensive international reach through being country head since 1995 for Oaklins and, prior to founding Baron in 1987, as a divisional director of Morgan Grenfell, an international merchant bank. Paul has a Masters Degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a director of the ASX listed Ambition Group , Byron Energy and OPUS Group and a former Chairman of Peter Lehmann Wines.
