Maxim Parr is the CEO and founder of Atlas Capital Group. Beginning his career at Jardine Matheson, Maxim subsequently joined Dalton Strategic Partnership, working across its Hong Kong, European, North American and Asian equity funds. In 2009, Maxim worked as a policy advisor to Her Majesty’s Treasury, specialising on Europe’s trade relationship with China. In 2010, Maxim joined Quercus Associates, first as Chief Financial Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer. After expanding the firm’s Chinese reach, Maxim Parr established Atlas Capital Group in 2014. Maxim is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and proficient in both Russian and German. After graduating with a First class degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies, Maxim was awarded a Fellowship from the School of Advanced International Studies to attend the Hopkins Nanjing Programme.
