Broad experience in Defense, Aerospace, and Government Services M&A due diligence supporting acquisitions in defense electronics, military subsystems and aviation services, soldier systems and tactical products, government IT services, and intelligence markets. Prior to joining Arena, supported over a dozen due diligence engagements per year over the past 10 years for fortune 500 companies and over 20 private equity firms as a Managing Director at CSP Associates. Sell-side due diligence experience supporting financial sponsors on the sale of assets across multiple market domains to include defense electronics, tactical products, and military platform aerostructures. Wide breadth of military experience as a former active duty Army officer and infantry platoon leader deployed to Afghanistan and as an active duty intelligence officer.
