David is a Vice President at Arbor Advisors and has over 15 years of experience in finance and banking. In his role at Arbor, David is responsible for ensuring excellence in the firm’s engagements and maximizing outcomes for clients. Over his career in investment banking, David has been engaged in over $1 billion in aggregate transaction value in the technology, media, and telecom sectors. Prior to joining Arbor, he was an investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities and Piper Jaffray in their technology, media, and telecom coverage groups. He then spent three years at ArchPoint Partners (now known as Houlihan Lokey), providing M&A and capital raising advice to software companies. He has worked on over 30 successful transactions over his career, including acquisitions, divestitures, private placements, IPOs and secondary public equity offerings. David started his career at Morgan Stanley where he spent over six years advising clients on investment strategies. David holds an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business where he graduated with academic honors.
