Matt Resch is Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Ambassador Financial Group. Matt oversees the management and strategic direction of the firm. Established in 2006, Ambassador provides balance sheet management, investment banking and investor relations services to banks, insurance companies and other middle-market institutions. In addition to his management role, Matt maintains a select client base for which he provides fixed income and balance sheet strategies, as well as investment banking and investor relations advice. His clients rely on him for economic forecasts, market insight, financial modeling, and overall strategic advice. He also plays an integral role in many of the firm’s key client relationships. Prior to co-founding Ambassador in 2006, Matt was Vice President of Investments and Investor Relations for Donegal Group Inc., a publicly traded property and casualty insurance company. He was responsible for managing Donegal’s equity and fixed income investment portfolios and managed communications with the investment community. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Kutztown University. He also earned the distinguished Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute and holds Series 7, 63, 24, 27, 79 and 99 designations.
