Michel is a Director at Alexa Capital Prior to Alexa Capital, Michel was a Vice President at Barclays within the Natural Resources investment banking group with a focus on the Chemicals industry. At Barclays, Michel executed a number of landmark M&A transactions, leveraged financings, debt and equity issuances. Michel has extensive experience working on assignments for growth equities, corporates and private equity firms. He previously worked at EY in Moscow. Michel speaks French, Russian and English. He holds a master’s degree from Imperial College Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
