Richard Wolf Bio

Richard Wolf is part of the Banking & Finance team and a member of the firm’s Management Board. Richard specialises in banking, corporate finance, capital markets, and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Richard worked in the investment banking departments of Chase Manhattan Bank and Crédit Lyonnais in Vienna. He gained valuable cross-border transactional experience while working at large international law firms in Vienna and Brussels, and at DG COMP (Competition) of the European Commission.
