Ralf Peschek Bio

Ralf Peschek heads the firm-wide Employment team. He specializes in executive agreements and contracts, corporate litigation, mergers and acquisitions, pension plans and benefits, outsourcing, restructuring, disability law, manager liability and representation of clients in front of governmental authorities. Ralf is the author of numerous articles and a book on employment law and has been a frequent lecturer at universities and business colleges on these topics.
