Thabang specialises in mergers and acquisitions, mining transactions and general corporate and commercial law. Thabang has significant experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions across the African continent, including in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Nigeria, Angola, Mauritius, Mozambique, DRC, Kenya and Tanzania. He has previously worked for Skadden in New York.
