Tamryn Blackbeard Bio

Tamryn has experience in advising both borrowers and lenders on a range of financing transactions across various sectors including general banking and finance, leverage and acquisition financing, corporate financing and renewable energy. In 2012, Tamryn was seconded to Absa Bank Ltd in the retail and business banking legal department with exposure to drafting agreements in relation to vehicle asset finance, commission scheme arrangements and a committed liquidity facility for the South African Reserve Bank.
