2007Sulani specialises in all areas of property law and conveyancing with a specific focus on commercial property finance. Her expertise includes assisting with the structuring of various commercial property transactions, drafting of various securitisation documents and attending to the registration of covering mortgage bonds and liaising with prominent property developers and investor clients. Her experience also includes transfers of commercial properties, all aspects of residential property work (conventional and sectional title) and drafting of various notarial contracts.
