Riyaad Cruywagen Bio

Riyaad specialises in general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and advice on contractual and regulatory matters. In 2014, Riyaad was seconded to Linklaters - Abu Dhabi, into the Finance and Projects team where he was part of a team advising the Emirates Investment Authority with respect to the establishment of a currency printing facility in the United Arab Emirates.
