Mlu specialises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions and has particular experience in cross border M&A as well as within the mining, energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors. In addition to having previously worked for leading firms in the United States and United Kingdom, Mlu has worked on a number of ground-breaking and innovative transactions. Mlu was previously a researcher for Justice Jafta of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
