Michael Straeuli Bio

Michael specialises in all aspects of corporate and commercial dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in litigating large, complex matters and regularly represents clients in the High Courts, the Supreme Court of Appeal as well as the Constitutional Court of South Africa. His clients include private entities, listed entities, as well as state-owned bodies. He is also well-acquainted with alternate dispute resolution mechanisms like mediation and arbitration.
