Mark specialises in all aspects of property law. His expertise includes township establishment, subdivisions, consolidations, opening of sectional title schemes (including mixed-use schemes), commercial finance mortgage and notarial bonds and attending to real estate aspects of many major intragroup transactions, mergers and acquisitions and disposals of immovable property by large corporates. He advises clients across a range of industries including retail, hospitality and mining.
