Manus Booysen Bio

Manus specialises in mining, energy, oil and gas and precious metals law. He also has substantial experience in corporate and commercial and Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) law. His experience includes all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, structuring and transactional advice, drafting and implementation of local and cross-border transactions. He has expertise in advising on supply and off take agreements of mineral products, regulatory law in the mining, oil and gas and precious metals fields and property law. He is an accomplished international speaker and has served on the Minerals Committee of the International Bar Association's section on Engineering, Energy and Resources Law.
