Lara has extensive experience in insolvency related matters, business rescue proceedings and restructurings. She has acted for business rescue practitioners, creditors and the suppliers of post-commencement finance in a number of large and high-profile business rescues. Lara has also acted for liquidators and other clients in forensic investigations by running formal enquiries as well as the resulting litigation. Her expertise extends to contractual litigation and litigation in the financial services field. She has written a number of articles on business rescue.
