Kathy specialises in banking and finance and has experience in the areas of general banking and debt finance, syndicated lending, commercial property finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, preference share structures and black economic empowerment finance structures and related security structures. She has been involved in financing arrangements for a number of listed companies and their subsidiaries, acting on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
