Kathryn specialises in professional liability matters and working with auditors, architects, consulting engineers, insurance brokers and estate agents; insurance advisory matters related to professional indemnity policies and policy coverage issues; representing auditors and other professionals in disciplinary proceedings; privacy and access to information laws; data protection laws and the Protection of Personal Information Act; administrative and public interest law; and advising on regulatory and compliance issues regarding national and international regulation including the EU directives and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB ) rules.
