Jacqui Harvey Bio

Jacqui has expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and the regulatory environment governing them. Her work has included conducting due diligence investigations and structuring operations and disposal transactions. She is also experienced in general notarial work. Jacqui was seconded to the London-based law firm McAllister Olivarius for six months where she worked on a variety of corporate and litigious matters.
