Hendrik du Preez Bio

Hendrik specialises in corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructurings and in-bound investments to Southern Africa. ​Hendrik practised in London (both in law and financial services) and continues to work with large multi-national corporate clients. His cross-border transaction experience extends to a number of Sub-Saharan African jurisdictions and he is also the firm's country partner for Namibia. He has been extensively involved in several large international transactions and advises clients across various sectors, including agribusiness, food and beverage, real estate, health, leisure and automotive.
