Gitte specialises in the formation of funds on behalf of Africa fund managers, including the full spectrum of generalist and sector funds (buyout, real estate, debt, housing, healthcare, infrastructure and renewable energy funds) and structuring the profit participation of the investment teams. She also has general corporate experience, which includes drafting sale of share agreements, sale of business agreements, subscription agreements, various security agreements, conducting due diligence investigations and assisting with company secretarial matters. ​
