Eugene Phajane Bio

Eugene specialises in all aspects of employment law with deep sector knowledge of the mining industry. He is an expert on the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) and regularly represents mining houses in MHSA related investigations and inquiries and criminal prosecutions relating to breaches of the MHSA. Eugene provides training on the MHSA and Occupational Health and Safety Act. He also litigates in the Magistrate’s and High Courts.
