Erin Warmington Bio

Erin is a dispute resolution specialist, focused on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has particular experience in litigation involving the financial services and mining sectors. She has advised on mining and international investment law in respect of mining investment into South Africa and a number of other African jurisdictions. She also advises on regulatory compliance, including black economic empowerment/ indigenisation requirements, and investor protection under bilateral investment treaties and other instruments under international investment law. In early 2018 Erin spent time seconded to Linklaters' London office.
