Richard Kay Bio

Richard heads the commercial property team working from both the Sheffield and Bakewell offices. Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and became a partner in 1993. Richard is very experienced in property transactions, he advises clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions including acting for both landlords and tenants. Having worked in Bakewell for many years he is very experienced in agricultural matters.
