Antonio Azzara practice is focused on advising domestic and international industrial and financial clients on restructuring transactions and related insolvency issues, M&A, private equity and other investment transactions, banking law as well as general contract law and corporate governance matters. Mr. Azzarà has significant experience in counseling corporate boards (including for publicly listed companies) on matters of governance and fiduciary duties, as well as strategic and financial investors in turnaround and M&A transactions.
