Paul Smith Bio

Paul Smith practice is focused primarily in areas of corporate, corporate finance and trust law and is regularly consulted by various national and international businesses and their legal counsel as to corporate and corporate finance issues applicable to their operations in Canada. Paul advises institutions and private clients with respect to trust structures and the establishment of transnational trust companies and represents such organizations before the New Brunswick government and legislature.
