Ronald Langstaff Bio

Ronald Langstaff, a partner with Spencer Fane since 1977, has been chosen as one of The Best Lawyers in America, Tax Law Section, for over 20 consecutive years. He serves as general business, corporate and transactional counsel for existing and established businesses, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and business restructurings through recapitalizations, redemptions, reorganizations, liquidations and other transactions. Ron has taught Advanced Corporate Taxation as an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and has given many presentations on corporate and tax matters.
