Nicky Collins Bio

Nicky Collins is a Corporate and Commercial Partner and has over 25 years’ experience advising clients on their acquisitions, disposals and restructures as well as their banking facilities and re-finances and commercial arrangements. Nicky has a keen interest in the health sector and acts for GPs, consultants, dentists, opticians and pharmacists and, in particular, advises GP Practices on their options for working together and either merging or forming alternative collaborative structures. Nicky also advises a number of charities and not-for-profit organisations. She is a trustee and director of the Alder Hey Children’s Charity and member and former chair of its Spending Committee. She is a member (and former chair) of the Board of PRASIS, one of her clients, which is a not-for-profit mutual established for the benefit of plastic surgeons. Nicky is described in the Legal 500 in connection with her work with healthcare clients as being “exceptional in providing the benefit of her wisdom and expert knowledge in a non-patronising and readily understandable manner”.
