Nicole Janssen Bio

Nicole Janssen focuses on all aspects of corporate law with a particular emphasis on cross-border and national mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings. She has been ranked among the “best lawyers” 2020 for M&A by Handelsblatt Best Lawyers, the current edition (2021) lists her for M&A and private equity law. Prior to joining Sidley in 2017, Nicole was a partner in the corporate practice of another international law firm. She is fluent in German and English.
