Katy Lukaszewski Bio

Katy Lukaszewski is a partner in Sidley’s Houston office. Katy’s practice is focused on representing clients in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, including public company mergers, purchases and sales of private companies, acquisitions and divestitures, investments, joint ventures and other strategic alliances and investments, with significant experience in the energy and consumer products sectors. In addition, she advises clients on various securities law, corporate governance and other general corporate law matters. Katy graduated in 2008 from Southwestern University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude. In 2011, she earned her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, with honors.
