Phillip Lee Bio

A member of the Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line, Phillip Lee is well-equipped to advise his clients about any number of corporate and business law matters. He delivers thoughtful and effective legal and business solutions to public and private companies and institutional investors. Phillip also regularly counsels local entrepreneurs about their emerging companies and works with students and faculty at the University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University to help develop their business ideas into technology start-ups. Before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, he was an associate at two prominent national law firms in their Silicon Valley offices, where he primarily focused on corporate and securities law.
