Michael Baranovic Bio

Michael Baranovic is a partner in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Mike represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, other business borrowers and financial institutions (including bank and non-bank lenders) in connection with the negotiation, documentation and closing of, and compliance with, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, cash flow financings, asset-based financings, mezzanine financings and other financial products. Mike also represents clients in connection with loan workouts, bankruptcy matters and other special or distressed situations, and he routinely advises clients regarding general corporate governance matters.
