Sahra Dalfen Bio

Sahra Dalfen is a partner in Reed Smith's Global Corporate Group and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on representing international and middle market companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a focus on representing companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and corporate restructurings. In addition, Sahra is often called upon to provide strategic counseling. Sahra has acted for clients in a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the fashion, retail and apparel industries. Sahra has worked with entities across the corporate growth cycle from early stage private companies to established publicly traded entities. In addition to her corporate practice, through the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund, Sahra helps transgender clients legally change their names to match how they identify.
